There is a hard copy version (USA only) $75 plus $5 shipping for 2 volumes. Please have your own standard 3 ring binder with a front sleeve to hold the top cover. It is only available through me and I custom print to order, which accounts for the price. I print and ship the book myself. If you live outside the US there is a download version (PDF) for $50 for 2 volumes, which has the advantage of being on your computer, plus having a hard copy should you choose to print it.

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS: JAZZ PIANO BOOK
Because there are now 5 separate downloads, you can print the covers on card stock if you like. I usually print the book on 8-1/2 by 11″, 24 or 28 weight paper, 2 sided and 3 holes punched to be inserted in a 3 ringed binder and put the top cover in the front sleeve. Also, I print at 96% at Staples and it comes out perfect. When I was printing at 100% some of the lettering on the top was slightly cut off. It depends on the machine. You could test that by printing the last page. Some people have printed it spiral bound. A fellow who did that in England said he sent it to an online store and got the book back in 3 days and they charged only $18.
